Poking himself in the eye as he often does, Obama huffs 'I will not negotiate' with Congress. Consequently Obama limits himself to rule by executive decree rather than negotiating for legislation with Congress.

Krauthammer Mocks Obamas Pathetic Executive Pen and Phone Threat:The Caudillo Waves His Pen
Charles Krauthammer was invited on to Greta Van Susterens Fox show to explain why Obama seems to have ditched his mission to change Washington in favor of his executive pen and phone.
Hes going to eliminate Article One of the Constitution which says that legislation comes from Congress. This is the way they do it Venezuela, Cuba and other places, Dr. K snarked, the Caudillo waves a pen, he shows it on Twitter and says I will rule from the pen.(For those of you in Rio Linda, a Caudillo is a Latin American military dictator.)
What makes it sort of pathetic, he continued,is that it sounds like a tough threat and it is unconstitutional, its not how you ought to be the president of the United States, but in the end theres very little he can do.

Bush not only waved his pen, after he was done with his executive orders, his pen ran dry LMAO!
Bush lied and our troops have died. Bush lied and his administration spied. Bush lied and our liberties were denied. Bush lied and freedoms were circumscribed. Bush lied and our laws he did not abide. Face it Bush does nothing without having first lied.
President Bush has admitted that he has authorized the use of surveillance upon American citizens and residents. He has argued that he has the authority to do so, that he has balanced the need to spy on us and our civil liberties. Unfortunately, his claims do not withstand scrutiny. Firstly, the spying upon Americans without probable cause, due process and a warrant supported by evidence and sworn before a competent magistrate violates the 1st, 4th, 5th, 9th and 14th Amendments of the US Constitution. It is essential to the argument to understand that the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights does not create the rights of citizens, but places our government in the position of GUARANTEEING these inherent and INALIENABLE rights. Infringing upon these rights in any manner is unlawful, unconstitutional, immoral and evil.
NO vote was taken in the House or Senate........Bush violated the 1st,4th,9th,and 14th Amendments of the US Constitution...by executive order.
Charles Krauthammer is a FIXED news commentator [ FOX news pays him to spew his garbage ], they all agree on things, other news media networks would have ate him up on his propaganda therefore he did his little hit job with FIXED news network...

While Mr. Bush proclaims his religious fervor, his actions are anything but moral by any standard, not even the Christianity he professes. He proclaims that he understands his role, but does not act within the scope and limits of that role. He makes excuses and expects us to live with his breach of office, law and trust. We cannot trust Mr. Bush or anyone in his inner circle.
Beyond the fact that we cannot trust Mr. Bush is his admission (finally) that he relied upon poor intelligence to bring us into the invasion of Iraq. It was his job to make sure that the intelligence he received was accurate to the highest degree. The facts are in we know that Mr. Bush pushed an agenda of invasion despite being advised that the intelligence he used was suspect and potentially useless.
Several agencies and foreign sources provided this feedback to his administration. We are thusly faced with the reality that either Mr. Bush, and his entire administration, and the entire intelligence infrastructure, is completely incompetent, or that Mr. Bush and others conspired to push forward an agenda of war mongering to meet their own needs and desires.
It is unfathomable that the entire intelligence infrastructure universally failed. It is unbelievable that there was no voice of reason among all the leaders advising Mr. Bush So we can only conclude that Mr. Bush is an outright liar and pushed his agenda regardless of the dangers for our nation, the dangers of war, and the tragedies of our losses.

The Obamacare health insurance debacle continues unfolding.
Fortunately for him, Coburn is a Senator with personal financial resources that most Americans lack. He has cancer and states, "my new [Obamacare] coverage wont cover my [cancer] specialist."
Politico.com , January 28, 2014
Obamacare: Tom Coburn loses cancer doctor
Cancer-stricken Sen. Tom Coburn revealed Tuesday that his health insurance under Obamacare doesnt cover his oncologist, but said he still is receiving excellent care.
Im doing well from a health standpoint, got great docs, Coburn said on MSNBCs Morning Joe on Tuesday when asked about his health.Fortunately even though my new coverage wont cover my specialist Im going to have great care and I have a great prognosis.
The Oklahoma Republicans spokesman confirmed to POLITICO that since the senator enrolled in his health insurance plan under Obamacare, his coverage has been reduced and he lost coverage for his cancer specialist. Coburn will continue to pay out of his own pocket and see the oncologist, his office said.

As you may know, Senator Tom "Dr. No" Coburn, is the only senator with the gall to block S. 1963, the Caregivers and Veterans Omnibus Health Services Act of 2009. This is a bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to provide assistance to caregivers of veterans, to improve the provision of health care to veterans.
No other senator, left, right, center, Democrat, Republican, Independent, freshman or senior, from the north or the south, from sea to shining sea, stands in opposition to this bill. NO veterans organization stands in opposition to this bill.
No decent American would dare stand in the way of this legislation to provide support for those who must bear the burden of war now and for decades to come. No parent would dare torment another by abandoning them to their worst nightmare.
No one, that is, except for one man. A man who was trained to heal, A man who took an oath to provide care and comfort. A man who took an oath to protect and defend the constitution. A man who is happy to let soldiers die and abandon their families in their darkest hour. That small, pathetic excuse of man is Dr. Tom Coburn, Republican Senator from Oklahoma.
#55886 Jan 29, 2014
Addendum: The Caregivers and Veterans Omnibus Health Services Act was ultimately was signed in to law (Warning: PDF) in May, 2010, after the Republicans got their asses handed to them. They understood this shit stain was behaving so outrageously even the usual suspects couldn't continue enabling him.
But apparently their memory is shorter than a fruit fly on meth, because once again ... this monster turns his back on the men and women who least deserve the abuse. If the people who rushed into Ground Zero when everyone else was busy running the other way don't deserve the GOP's support, who the hell do they work for?
Thanks Tom !

Fox News Has One Of The Oldest, Whitest Audiences In Television
Who woulda thought? LMAO!
Rapidly aging viewers and declining ad revenue make the network's future uncertain
Liberals love to criticize Fox News, and when they do, conservatives love to remind them that Fox has more viewers than CNN and MSNBC combined, which is true.
It's an impressive-sounding factoid, until you take into account just how small the entire audience for cable news is. To put it in perspective, Fox News just manages to pull a million viewers during primetime while the lowest-rated network news program, CBS Evening News, has an average nightly audience of 8 million.
And Fox has another problem - their audience is old and only getting older, with the median age of their viewers being 68. There's nothing intrinsically wrong with having one of the oldest audiences in television, except when it comes to advertising, because the target demographic for most ads is between 25 and 54.:
Fox's viewership in that key demographic of 25-54 has been steadily declining while CNN has experienced gains. Unless the trend reverses itself or Fox finds a way to enfranchise younger viewers, their audience will begin to shrink in the upcoming years.
Fox also has one of the whitest audiences in television:
There just aren't enough older white people that can elect a white President!! LMAO!! While losing their base as more and more old people die off their ratings are going down, just like McCain and Romney did.......LOL!
For the time being, the network will do just fine on the money from its unusually high subscription fees. But how it fares in the future will depend on its ability to make its audience look less like a mostly-white retirement community and more like the rest of country.
#55888 Jan 29, 2014
So where's the story!?
Anybody who knows anything knows that FOX is the network of the elderly, White, bigoted and cranky. FOX is going to suffer from natural attrition.
As far as advertising, they still do well with pain meds, erectile dysfunction meds, Hoverounds, walk in showers and prune commercials
#55889 Jan 29, 2014
Old white people are easy to scare.
Fix has the "fear ticker" running 24-7.
Ever wonder why the elderly get scammed so often?
Old people ain't that smart, as a matter of fact, they even believe Fox News. LMAO!

96 Percent of Dems Who Support Minimum Wage Hike Dont Pay Their Interns
Liberals are really pushing raising the minimum wage for 2014. Thirty states have put forward bills to increase it, and Democrats have made this issue part of their political strategy for this year.
Yet, a new study from the Employment Policies Institute (EPI) has exposed the proponents of raising the minimum wage of their "hypocrisy." It seems that 96% of Democrats who support such measures don't pay their interns.
The abstract of the EPI study noted that "the same Members of Congress who are supporting a 40% wage hike on private sector employers are simultaneously failing to provide any wages to their own employee interns."
