So how are all of you lazy hobos and parasites on Disabilty going to celebrate Labor Day today? Or don't bums have cookouts and family get togethers on Labor Day since it is a celebration of the working man and woman?

Ponzi scheme's eh???
Let's talk more about that, just because you are poor and or disabled makes you no less of a person than those who work or allegedly work (big shots and wigs sitting on their arses don't even know the meaning of a hard days work making more than the military people who would die in an instant to support their cause but hey that's another topix).
Prideful people are in for a rude awakening and sickness doesn't discriminate or heaven forbid what about the Soldiers who come home as less than Kripple no matter what your circumstances we are all them same as people weather working or not only greedy assholes think they are better than the rest of the souls less fortunate than they.
Back to Ponzi schemes this is down right disturbing
The state cuts educational funds across the board however I was in York Office on Buisness and over heard a child's guardian going over a child's medication
This poor kid who couldn't have been more than 12 was taking Serque some kind of anti physcotic usually perscribed to ex-heroin addicts so it was shocking to see they deal it out to children not only that she was taking Clonopine on top of that and God knows what ever else.
Here's the scheme part. The kid because of the medication is listed as "special needs" so the county CYA office makes sure the mom who doesn't drive herself can get her now special needs kids to get her legal dope. So you have a section in healthcare and CYA office making money off this poor kid and she is one of many yet the state cuts money for education and S.S.
Than they have the bullshit drug program Dare who knows how much they get for that teaching kids to say no to drugs but than the government turns right around and shoves narcotic meds down there little throats.
They ought to be held liable for abuse this young girl will never know how to handle "the real world" since she knows there's a drug for everything.... I wonder what her little liver will be like in 20 years???
Now legally drugging up little children for the sake of funding and the jobs it creates for the now "special needs kids" that's a ponzi scheme!!!

The good lord givith and taketh away how would it make you feel when one day you will lose everything that you allegedly kill your self working for???
If you think it could never happen to you think again.......... What's it to you ? Just cause someone isn't a greedy asshole doesn't make them lazy......... In fact there are people who actually work for free it's called volenteering.
Sounds like you need a cook out dude and maybe some time with family if you even have any....
No one ever wished they would have worked harder or more on their deathbed..........
Leave those less fortunate alone if your so F'n well off you racist prick!!!

I have been looking to get social security for a friend. She has a child that has disability. My friend would like her daughter to have all the available benefits. I would like my friends daughter to succeed in the ways that she can.

Social security disability can really help people when they need it. Often times though, the people who really need the help don't get it. It can help so much to have a good attorney. If you have someone fighting for you, it will be a lot harder for them to deny your deserved claim. If you need the help, you should do whatever you can to make sure that you get it.

I went on long term disability with my employer. Cost them a lot. Their Ins Co. turned it over to a company in Il. which filed SS claims for a living. After signing about 10 forms some 20 times each SS was flooded and granted mine in less than a year. It pays to have help. I believe Alsub was the name.

Regarding lawyers who do SS disability. They get paid by the government if successful. They usually take a cursory look and say they won't charge unless successful before signing on. Let's face it, anybody fighting for SS is probably lacking even a pot to piss in, excuse my French.
No one is ever the victim 100% of the time. Caveat emptor bitch.
If a legal firm plies for you and gets a settlement you get back pay from the date of the claim. They take a percentage of that amount.

I don't like when they have taken everything they can from the system since the year 2005 and won't work because of(excuse).then they just buy cigarettes and get free healthcare and it costs the system money.then they ask me for money after they spent all theirs.no money is ever saved and no problem is ever solved just temporary unhappiness.they rarely leave the house until it is time to buy more junk and it is always someone else's fault .there needs to be some accountability here.make em maintain $2000 in their bank account so when they get cut off, they can transition into the workforce.i am tired of paying for people.i will work forever if I may and live off the grid and sell what I produce instead of being a sponge.thats another thing, these people don't create anything to put back.be creative and sell paintings or blankets, make food.dont be someone i have to haul into the doctors office weekly because you are too damn lazy to call your caseworker.i am not a taxi(like the police will tell you)however you got into the system, see your way out.then the government has more money to use on real things like returning soldiers.abraham Lincoln wanted to take care of the soldiers.i can see if you are panhandling for a few dollars, because you are actively looking for another job.but don't sit here and think you are going to drain the system of whatever you can get because them days are numbered.say for instance you are almost 80 years old, well when you go naturally you won't need a check anymore.survivors get a check or two then we gotta get up and work.sounds like a plan.fix the system by getting rid of the system

It's true that there is a lot to know about applying for disablility. I've started to read about it and I barely understand the wording. A lawyer or somebody is going to have to help me for sure. I just don't know enough about that kind of thing. http://www.ckdisabilitylaw.com/

I've been hearing a lot about social security disability lately. I don't know to much about it though and it sounds like something that would be good to at least understand the basics of. This helped and I'm hoping to learn more.

I was approved for SSD 18 month after my first (and only) application. My veterans (VA) service connected pension was approved next. PTSD.

If you don't qualify, you aren't approved. It's pretty simple.

I'm not a deadbeat and neither are my fellow Veterans.

We do fine on both pensions. Thanks for your concern. Lol.

We keep praying for a cure. Maybe you should pray for those of us who are hurting and injured. We need all the help we can get.

God bless.
