The Susquehanna river could use instream flow electric generators to produce electric power for the city of Wilkes Barre.

The desire for clean, sustainable energy is intensifying. Generators can be rigged to harness the power of moving water and air, so this kind of proposal is nothing new. The Finger Lakes area has plenty of flowing water. http://www.dtrs.ca
