You can't prosecute these tards, that is why most other tard facilities do not waste time reporting tard on tard sexual assaults.

They have sex offenders "working" at these places for decades on end, but it is not considered a "place of employment" by Megan's Law guidelines. So they get some "work therapy", some more welfare and a piece of stolen a§§ on the side. They need to update Megan's Law to let everybody know about these sex offender day program hangouts.
