Talk about government waste. A program that takes a lifetime to "rehabilitate" people. If they weren't going on vacations (word gets around URS) to Disney World every year, maybe they would have $ to keep running. This adult special education project must end. They partnered with Minsec too. Ask anybody that has access to the Minsec logs at City Hall.

Poor derps have to go up to NE Counseling and get passed around by the sex offenders.

I bet they will be canvassing the area for Toohil. If you shoo them from your porch they will get angry and become retard-strong and beat you so you can't vote against her.
