If you don't like your job then, leave it go back to school. Instead your complaining about a job where you are paid to care for people who are incapable of careing for themselves, and your the one complaining? The fact of you being supended, it may have been harsh, but most likely just; otherwise you would have never been suspended. My suggestion is if you hate your job, go work somewhere else complaining about the care for these people is immoral, many peopel out there have much more respect for there jobs, the individuals and the state to understand that it's not just a job, like it is to you, but a commitment. So you spent years washing and watching TV, don't like it, don't respect it...go work somewhere else. Have a bit of empathy for those who need the care.
