He is a decent sports guy, and if this is something KFAN doesn't wish their employees to be practicing, then they should suspend/cut ties with him. If they don't mind, because he runs a pretty good show with P.A., and also does a pretty good job on FSN, when wooger has his share of kool aid juice before he starts commentating in the evenings, I do believe he is responsible for what took place, but if he's seeking the proper treatment and will seek FURTHER treatment for actions surrounding the situation would be beneficial to his employers(FSN and KFAN) and himself.

How did the police know he had a suspended license before pulling him over?

I think he needs a new attorney. It's like "Thank God it's only crack cocaine, admitting he loans his car to known drug dealers, yada yada instead of meth."

That's a big relief I guess????

When you run the plate number it will tell you who the registered owner is. If the owner has a suspended license it is probable cause to pull it over.

Too much time, too much money? That is what success in life apparently brings you. And such a lack of discipline for a sports announcer.

I am all for giving people second chances, so IF and only IF he agreed and stuck to getting treatment and then a VERY accountable regiment, then I would let him stay on the Air...also he would have to appologize on the air. BUT, the big problem as I see it from the article I read, is that a pattern of drug use and simply stupid and sadly irresponsible behavior has been taking place...which leads me to wonder if he would get help and change.

It's sad when you hear or know of any person who lost control of your life to drugs or alcohol. I have a golfing friend who is around 67 who just bought a condo in Florida and was going to be leaving this weekend for it, but who also has a long history of heart problems and yet continually smokes cigarettes and consumes vodka at a pace that defies the imagination. This past week he suffered a major heart attack and is now near death. I hope Dubay can get control of his life before it destroys him. Because right now it appears the drug is making all of his decisions and those are leading him down a path of self-destruction.

Was it getting arrested that "will ruin my life" or was it the poor choices he made about using cocaine that "will ruin my life"?

He's in PR mode now.

I'm sure he'll submit to a drug screening to clear his name.

Holy crap. What a liar. You'd think this yutz could come up with a better excuse than he lent his truck to someone else who left the drugs in it. Then again...

When will these folks just own up to the deals they created and face the music, and put it behind them.

Radio guy, you are a crack smoker....Own up to it, get treatment, and move on.

Larry, you are a H O M O. Deal with it, you got busted.

Slick Willy, Monica did you, own up to it and be done, move on. You had a good excuse!! Just look at Hillary!!!
