I wasn't greeted with a warm welcome, but it wasn't exactly rude, so I looked past that. My waitress was courteous enough, though. However, I ordered a combination fried rice and it smelled and looked great. But came with HAIR in it. More disgusting than the hair in my food was the staff's reaction to my complaint. I was not irate or nasty, but they were unapologetic nor were they concerned about how I felt as a customer. I was charged full price for my appetizer and drink, didn't even receive a "sorry for the inconvenience," and when I brought this to their attention they still seemed uninterested. As a consumer I choose with whom I spend my money, and any business that cannot show a sliver of appreciation for my choosing them has failed big time, good food or not. I will not be back.
