<quoted text> If you took the time to read my posts, you would have known I put the blame on both parties, no I wouldn't change my mind if the gender roles were reversed. Quit trying to twist this around, the boy wasn't being given drugs or alcohol, as far as I read. Teach your kids responsibility.
so you admit you are blaming the victim.
nice.

I don't think this kid is a "victim" by any stretch of the imagination.

Dean, you are wrong. That boy is just as nieve as a girl his own age and I would posit that the boy is less mature and able to handle it versus a girl. That boy has had his life changed by Gagne. She exposed him to something that he should have been older to deal with and understand. What do you think will happen the next time he is with another girl or the next or the next, kissing or touching (not funny, being serious)will not be enough. How would you like that to be your daughter. And, what if due to this new found experience he impregnates another girl. COme on, be serious Dean; Gagne damged this kids life. We don't need more 16 year old parents.
He had been "exposed" many times before.

He had the right to say no, why don't you get that? She should not have made advances toward him. This wasn't a mentally challenged boy, she was with a willing partner. I said it was both their responsibility, but you choose to portray him as a helpless victim. You put no responsibility on the 16 year old, that is the age of consent in Minnesota, if the other person is in a position of authority, it is 18. I don't think she had any authority over the boy, where he couldn't refuse. Maybe wussie boy wasn't the right thing to call you, but you seem to not grasp how it was growing up, did your mommy ever let you experience life outside your home?

No, but there was this one hot home ec teacher, had I been involved with her, my parents would not have gone to the police, as I learned early on I was responsible for my own actions. highlands guy is a very good example of our sue happy, blame the other person society. Take no responsibility for your own acts, always deflect the blame to the other person.
