Seems counterintuitive that Medtronic would fly a larger American Flag than the flags of other countries. The US Flag Code Title 4 Chapter 1.7 reads :
"When flags of two or more nations are displayed, they are to be flown from separate staffs of the same height. The flags should be of approximately equal size. International usage forbids the display of the flag of one nation above that of another nation in time of peace."

Funny flag! If Medtronic were headquartered in China they would be partially owned by the Communist government or the military!

They probably entered into foolish joint ventures with some Chinese company who will be making knock-offs of their products in a few years!

That is referring to two nations flags other than the US Flag. Read the part from that same page that says no other flag can be equal or superior to the US flag in display or height:

"No person shall display the flag of the United Nations or any other national or international flag equal, above, or in a position of superior prominence or honor to, or in place of, the flag of the United States at any place within the United States or any Territory or possession thereof"

Also, it is not legally enforceable, it is more of a guideline.

Maybe if our country and president supported business rather than come up with ways to ruin it, tax it and destroy it we wouldn't have companies considering outsourcing!
