I wonder if thie Enrico Soave is related to Tony Soave who provided $389K in travel for Kwame.

The proposed site is residential next door. I can see why neighbors would object. I can also see why Livonia would love to rezone from urban farm and get some serious tax money. Therefore, the board will make it look good with plenty of review and then approve the rezoning.

Would it be presumptions of me to suppose Mr. Soave requested this postponement while he cultivates votes?
