I have left messages for 12 days and have not recieved a call back reguarding my Proactive skin care purchase. It burnt my daughters skin, and I believe it may be counterfit product. My daughter has used Proactive over the last 3 years and has never suffered the side effects , that happened to her. She had to board a plane to go back to college in Spain with skin peeling off of her face and looking like she was suffering from a severe sunburn. I call the number on the reciept and have been on hold for as long as 63 minutes waiting to speak with customer service. I called Proactive direct and they told me they cannot help me because the kiosks and vending machines are independently owned. What can I do????
