Golf carts are not necessary transportation, they are convenient recreation. They are too short to be readily seen by traffic at any time of day. How about thinking you have time ro pass a car only to discover human bodies scrunched into a contraption offering no protection when you pass and want to return to your lane?. Where are you to go? Head on into an oncoming car? Run over Mr caddy shack and his children?
The answer to mopeds and club and caddy cars on any road designed for use by cars and such is ABSOLUTELY NOT! Horse drawn vehicles are and always have been the exception.

Why not just slow down and look for such things. I take it you don't have one so you think it poses a danger.
