It goes to show you how we take for granted things such as light and air conditioning.

I've worked in the utility businesses for 25 years and I can tell you that these guys are just as brave as soldiers, firemen, and policemen. They work with energy that will kill you just as dead and quick as a bullet or a fire. They respond to outages in the worst weather conditions at all hours of the day to get the power, gas, and water back on as quickly as possible. I'm so proud and lucky to have worked with such a great bunch of people! God, please bless this man and his family. Amen.

Has anyone investigated this as to whether he was told the power was off when the other bozo working was too lazy to be sure it was off.

Please don't be so niave as to think this does not happen especially this time when a company refuses to speak about.

There has been more than 1 case won for the injured or decendents family when the guy below was wrong about the power being off.

Jeff was fellow co-worker. He was a great guy. Power lines are normally repaired while they are energized. That is why your power does not go out for hours at a time when most repairs are done. We do not know all the facts about the accident yet. But we do know we lost a great friend, a husband and father. We miss you Jeff!!!
Rip!! May eternal rest be with you!!

Daily Horoscope for May 18

Scorpio

Forget about following convention and saying what's expected of you today. Instead, have the guts to speak from the heart and say what you think, even if that means sounding unconventional or weird. So what? Let people think what they like about you. Besides, you could be pleasantly surprised when you discover that there are some kindred spirits who agree with every word you say.
