It's amazing that a teacher can physically injure a student and get nothing more than a paid vacation and early retirement with full benefits. To say that there was not enough sufficient evidence to bring criminal charges against this teacher is an embarassment. What do you call a lump to the head, bruises on the arm and hand marks on the neck?
