An 15 hour (actually)power outage on a mild summer day? Big deal. Try five days in the cold and ice with trees down all over town and no power and no cell service...now that was a disaster, and it was dealt with very well by our town officials and emergency services. The current town officials don't have a clue what that was like, but they still criticize the former mayor, and they brag to the newspapers about what a great job they did with the 15 hour outage. Too much.
