he is suiteing that little chris logsdon there is no way that man could be a preacher preacher dont do that kind of stuff wasnt his son chris best friend some friend that is just right

Why would he do anything to that kid? Hasn't he paid enough? He was the only one hurt in that wreck. I know and also, at the wreck site he acted like he was so worried about Chris and no sooner than he made it home he was suing him. I don't want to hear that kind of preaching.

My little brother doesn't hold any ill will against Dennis. Is that something? He is a wonderful kid and all I have to say is "Dennis I hope you can live with yourself" I think it's outragous that you would put my little brother through any more craziness. You sat at the foot of his bed when he couldn't walk and talked about how God watched over you all and you were soooo Thankful. I am just shocked you call your self anything but an AS*WHOLE. You act like the wreck hurt your back but I know for a fact you were back at work in a week and then had another wreck where you backed into something. So how are you going to prove where u hurt your back? If you ask me you just want money. I mean if you returned to work after you and Chris wrecked then you must have been okayed by a Dr. Enough outta me I will pray for you Dennis cause all that money you think you will get guess what? you can't take it with you. I just hope you can explain yourself to God.

I agree with you but when it comes to money you and everyone else knows ppl get greedy even preacher's. It would be different if this kid was on dope or drunk but for god sake he had been hurting and seen a turkey fly over and look lost control of his vehicle .. Why would you sue? GREED!!!!! The is the happy sueing world believe me I have to go to court over this crap alot.. usually it gets settled out of court but I would hate to be insurance company.. crazy..just pray for the preacher? I've some things about him and Mike, but I don't know for myself if they are true so I mention them, but if he would do something like this than maybe they're more true than I thought. But I guess since he's a preacher and a "brother" people are supposed to hold him in high regards no matter what he does. For shame Mr. Knight, for shame.

I would like to say some thing if I may Chris is a good kid and he all most lot him and thank god every day that he let him live .But I do know this I love his son like my own ,and I would never do what he has done to my son to his .Chris was in his daddy truck and no his daddy had ins but it had run out 16 hours before the wreck so no he didnt but that is not the point Mr.Knight did come to see us and Chris and told us I dont know how many times that he was not hurt and we belive him but all in all he lied and even camec to are house to see Chris and told us then he was not hurt ,his son came to see us and told us he was not hurt ,that his back was hurt from another accdent ,so then the next week the afert 21 of April,he had another wreck in the bus so Iam wondering which one if at all hurt him and as far as helping with benfit he did nothing and the Spainhard family is the ones that help us get the money to pay for his meds Mr.Knight came in late .He was kick out of the amry and draws a check because he couldnt handle being in there it drove him crazy,And he has been trying to get disable for a long time .I have no feeling for him but I do feel sorry for his family and the things he puts them throw .And he was playing with his younger son at the benfit boxing around and hiting so you can take it for what it is.Iam just glad my son is alive and to that is all that is matters and god left him here for me and a reason and on one can take him away but god and they can sue us if they want but I dont have anything but my son and they cant get him and I JUST hope that god will for give him the bible speakof sueing maybe he dont read the bible like he should being a preacher and all and THE poeple at the wreck said he refuesed medl. help so you judge lana

Iam sorry I misspelled some words but this hurts us a lot we had a lot of feeling for the Knight family and I still love his son.It just really hurt when someone does you like that after you put trust in them and Chris loved going over there and staying night , and now all this

Chris there is pic of the truck on this web site go look for your self Mr.Kinght even went to the E.R. room and he told them he was not hurt.And that he finds out we didnt have any ins he sue us and he thing he is in the good graces of god and no one well think any thing about it .I just hope he can sleep at night .

Has anyone ever wonder, what if I contact Mr./Brother/Preacher/Greedy/Un hurt Knight and hear what he has to say. I agree with Legion417, is he suing the insurance or Chris. I understand that when you sue the insurance you have to name the indivdual involved. I know neither of them and as said thank God no one was killed. If there is proof of a later accident, then I'm sure that will all come out and should.

First Just because you are a man of god doesn't mean you don't have legal, medical or moral problems as we all were born with a sin nature.
If you are hurt(even if you all don't buy into it)in an accident you have up to 2 years to file an injury claim as some don't show up immediately like Chris's did. If them injuries might cause you more expenses later in life you need to obtain them. Most isn't the laws are set up now to prevent big payouts.
I am a youth minister and we are not infallible. most men of God try to live what they believe is a just life as best we can.

I have worked at a reputable personal injury law firm for many years. I have never brought a personal injury claim for myself, but have worked to help others who were injurred due to no fault of their own. I can tell you it is not unusal at all for some injuries not to be known for a few days after a motor vehicle accident...those are soft tissue injuries. You can see a broken bone. A soft tissue injury can be just as disabling and you can have long term problems from such injuries. I remember seeing the Edmonson News back when this accident occurred that involved Mr. Knight the bus driver. This was a significant collision and not just a fender bender. It does not surprise me at all that Mr. Knight would be injured.

Mr. Knight cannot help that fact that Mr. Logsdon was uninsured. Besides, why is it that we pay premiums for uninsured motorist cover if you do not intend to use it?

I can also tell you that most people who bring insurance claims have no intention of trying to collect personally from the at-fault party. The majority are only interested in collecting from the insurance company.

I think you have to sue the other party to collect from your own uninsured and uninsured policy
