Gun was pulled on "motorist/stranded" trespasser, rights violated as homeowners house was then searched. Set up rotten deal.

There are several inaccuracies, completely false statements with this news article. Stranded motorist is a known drug abuser, and local informant-my wife and I witnessed him walking past the front entrance of the house, while talking on a cell phone. It was approximately 4 pm. This whole tragic violation of my neighbors rites appears to be a smear campaign on an election year...
