This cop should be given the public limelight, exposed for his actions while on duty and ceremonially dismissed from the force with a lifetime ban on ever doing police work again anywhere.

As for the "other party" involved, their face should also be clearly seen on the news as having participated in lewd conduct in public and be required to repay the loss of tax payers money during this unspeakable event.
