I think that the people should decide if they want guns or not. That is a choice for each individual household. If you don't want any guns then by all means don't purchase any. But I don't think that choice should be made for everyone. And the Government wants to ban Assault Rifles. The American people don't realize that semi-automatic guns, represent most guns on the market right now. But people need to remember that Criminals do not follow laws. Meth is illegal, rape is illegal, murder is illegal, even Marijuana is illegal. But do see any of those things gone forever. The answer is no. If Obama wants to Ban guns then he should start with is Protection Staff. Lets see how safe he is when he does not have armed guards all around him.

The 2nd Amendment is there to protect us from our government... we already live in a police state, now just imagine how bad the cops would be if there wasn't any more guns.

http://www.youtube.com/watch... This is amazing... so after Paranoia Porn Alex Jones rants against Peirce Morgan, Glenn Beck destroys him... Glenn Beck, says that Alex Jones is NOT a "conservative", and that he's a "Birther", and a "9/11 Conspiracy Theorist", AND a FASCIST! Beck, the McCarthy of our times, is callin' Alex Jones a FASCIST! Alex Jones makes Glenn Beck look sane, which is quote a feat. 1776 will commence again Pierce, if you try to take our guns!

Gun control is the first step for a socialist agenda. It worked well for its creator Adolf hitler. We don't need it here.

Give the kids the guns, and teach them to protect themselves. We dont need an increase of militarism... esp w/ these oppressive non-teaching teachers. ALSO, cops are bad enough when we do have guns, so imagine what would happen if we didn't have any.

I think that if American people should have to do an extensive background check to buy weapons, then politicians should have to do so has well before starting pointless wars.

Yeah... I say put the politicians in public housing, and give them minimum wages, and make sure they're drug tested, and mentally tested, and everything else they are trying to do to us. It's easy to judge from on top high, so if they came back to the ground, like the rest of us, then we'd see changes happen real quick.

The cops aren't trouble now unless they have a reason to be. I've never had any trouble with them. That could be because I show respect. My kids are excellent shots. They have fun in a safe environment supervised. Gun owners can't be careless with there firearms. Mine stay locked up except the one I always wear. I have control of it.

I don't know about that statement rebel, Cops are preforming No Knock Raids accidentally on the wrong houses. Causing countless dollars in damages. Plus police have been shooting numerous pets all over the US. One woman was drug from her car while pregnant, and hogtied on the side of the road. She however won a 250,000 dollar lawsuit. Many people are "accidentally" killed by police. I have had several occasions where I have been thrown against the wall, handcuffed and searched, just to be released, without so much as an apology. Now I don't believe all cops are out to hurt people, and some of them are decent people just doing their jobs. But there are some that are not, and they let that power go to their heads.

There are good and bad in us all. I've known a few bad cops. Also I have a few I'm proud to call friends. Most times a yes sir or a no sir goes along way. If we automatically go defensive they will be defensive. They never know if we will be civil or act like little Johnny.

The Rule of Law is something our system is supposed to be based on, which means that the Law is supreme, and that no individual is above the law. This is not the case. I see Police Officers driving 100mph on the Expressways, or speeding through town, with no sirens, just joyriding, and breaking the law while they do it.

I can agree with you on this. I see all the time them driving at night with the lap top on. This seems to be more dangerous than texting.
