I remember this case from the beginning. Some people told me that Mr.Ragland's father was an extremely wealthy man and his money would eventually free his son. I held my peace because I was sure that justice would prevail over power and money in the end. Well the kid finally admitted he murdered the guy and it looks like he is gonna walk around somewhere free like it never happened. I suppose those folks were right after all. I just wish I was as wealthy as his dad is. I could think of a lot of things I could do with the money besides trying to keep my son out of jail.

I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT SUCH A CALLOUS ACT LIKE THIS CAN GO VIRTUALLY UNPUNISHED, I REMEMBER WATCHING A PROGRAMME ON TV ABOUT THIS CASE AND THE FAMILY OF TRENT DIGIURO HAVE MY HEARTFELT SYMPATHIES, BUT I ALSO CANNOT BELIEVE THE FIREARM LAWS IN THE U.S. I MEAN PURCHASING A GUN IN AMERICA IS LIKE PURCHASING A CAN OF COKE WHERE IM FROM {IRELAND}.

I'm hoping someone will knock that smirk off the little bastard's face. His parents are very nice people, it's such a shame they must deal with their son.

Or we can follow the recommendations of "Check" and not judge him because that's Gods job. Perhaps then we need to abolish the judicial system completely since God is going to take care of everything. Grow up folks. This little bastard should have been dusted years ago, but just like some advocate, backs were turned and actions were purchased.

If I recall correctly, he wasn't accepted into a fraternity. So it must be that because someone didn't like him he felt he needed to kill them.

Oh poor little Shane did 3 years for a murder. Oh maybe the govt should reimburse him. Oh for shame. F**k Shane Ragland. He is not of one bit of good to the community, the state, the country or the entire world. I would feel more pity on a slimy worm crawling on a baking hot slab of asphalt that if Shane Ragland died of a horrible unnamed disease.......
