I think that this is rediculous and that max gilpins parents should stick up for coach stinson. He also lost max that day and feels very much guilty for what happened. But he did have water breaks and if max thought he couldnt handle it any more he should have told someone. the heat index was not over the legal limit for ky high schools to cancel practice. i played soccer for them a while back and i remember playing in much worse conditions and having the football team right next to us working hard.

My heart goes out to the Coach and his family. He has got to be hurting just as bad as the student's parents/family. And, to have to go through all of the court proceedings and media frenzy.... He and his family will have to depend on their faith to get them through this!
It's such an unfortunate accident. I also know that some teenagers push themselves because of the goals they have set for themselves.
I wasn't there...I don't know any of the people involved. It's just so sad. Why wasn't an autopsy performed?
Prayers to all involved!
