What this man did is not easy, extremely brave, ruinous to his career and life, nor is it fair for folks to smear him in any way - including the press and lawyers...... I caught on to this same roofing scam at the University of California, San Francisco beginning in 1991, and by 1996 discovered that kickbacks were involved - and went to the FBI....much much worse was involved (The toll on professionals who will not involve themselves is massive; one of my colleagues, a woman architect 20 years my senior, one of the first in the US, I might add, took her life over's horrible what the "needy greedy" who get in public office do to get lots of temporary "lifestyle enhancements" - resulting in great harm to good/grat, hard-working and well-educated professionals - just a complete, horrific horrific nightmare.) Out here in crazy-land, the FBI thought I was nuts - but oh no - not someone who went to Georgia Tech IN THE 70's!!!! in architecture - as I recently told friends - "I'm not crazy, but I can GET crazy!" and you do when no one will do anything for years and years and coverups abound. I wouldn't trust ANYONE in New Jersey in Public Office at this point, frankly....all the way to the highest they discovered in this same scam. Look at the initial NBC WLWT TV Report in Cincinnati at: and then look at the second report, two years later: .
The facilities guy at the Ohio state level said essentially "TSK TSK" in the first reports was caught doing the same thing - and not just in roofing in schools, have probably a HUGE scandal just waiting to be uncovered - unless once again folks that want it stopped stop it - as does the University of California and officials in every place in California do here (remember Nixon?- just the same old stuff...) even the State Attorney General's Offices and the Justices seem to help coverups (as some of which has happened in New Jersey with your original roofing scam whistleblower, Doug Wicks).
Good luck, New Jersey......let's see if the Press there really has the honesty and "gumption" to dig, report and tell it like it is despite their they don't here in Pravda-land, Northern California.......just a nightmare of a place to live and try to work.....don't you continue to be that......just remember why the French revolution happened - the powers that be ignoring the needs of most with super-consumption of the time/talents/and monies of the rest....and you might want to stop that from happening in your state, because changes we all don't want might be forced upon us if we don't wake up....history unfortunately has a way of repeating itself.....we need to preserve our dream of the US.....And don't be surprised if it is the very ones purporting to help the "poor" doing it....

I personally know this man and I would not trust a word he says to be the truth. He only has had a brief encounter with the truth

John D'Angelo was first in trouble with the FBI during his invovlement with George Miller and a NJ State Lottery Scam.

Do not be fooled this man is not to be trusted. He has had numerous partners and all of them have separate nightbre stories
