I lived in Hazard once....when I was younger...great place....met alot of nice people...you are right about crossing any one of them though....

hay nut. you're probably right from the heart of Hazard Ky. You go over the ridge and through the vally and under the atv trail and skin a few mountians, right after you wade a river or two and skin a few rough hills and a million briar patches, and wade poison ivy up to your humhum, dodge a dozen bullets, run from 150 bears and dodge a million coal trucks, ride a few elk, eat some squirrel and rabbit, guess what you're half way there. Now you will have to get your map out and read it if you read, watch out behind that rock is a moonshine steel and they don't take to strangers, the women that are running it that is. Now if you are lucky enough to make it to the vally that is diffently as far as you will get because if you run into a bunch of people raising marijuana and you accidently step on one of their starter plants, then katie bar the door YOU'RE HISTORY.
