My husband and all fellow firefighters puts his or her life on the line to help when he or she is called to duty. They don't get paid for volunteering. They do this out of the goodness of their hearts. I understand an accident is an accident but, I get very upset when someone risks the lives of these people because they are not smart enough to know it is very dangerious to burn on a windy day. There are laws. Please learn to follow them.
