This town is unpleasant with much politics and an impossible, corrupt town board, with members including Jean Curlee.

I agree, the town board makes it hard to put up signs of your own and wants to control a lot of things on your porperty such as how many chickens you can have and what kind of trees can be on your property

Billy, you are right. The other half of Main Street up to Arbor Hill Drive should be properly zoned like the rest of Main Street instead of having being known as "The outskirts of Pleasant Valley".

true---zoning the other side of main street will also increase the property value of properties in pleasant valley and welcome business to this business/industry shunning town

I am 100% sure that many citizens of the town would want the other half of Main Street up to Arbor Hill Drive due to the fact that it would benefit the town.

I still cant stand the fact why they would not let us have as many chickens as we want. as long as we take care of them and make sure there is no mess there should be no reason we cannot have as many chickens as we want

Are they not the people FOR Pleasant Valley, shouldn't they just properly zone the other half of Main Street and not be so strict on certain town laws and restrictions.

As a victim of the rampant corruption among the town board, I can honestly say that i am sure whatever legislation is passed in this matter will directly benefit the boardmembers and they're political affiliates.
Kirchoff, being one of them!
If you have been to the local businesses you will understand, only an idiot would have laid out the entrances to local businesses the way they have.
you are taking your life in your hands when entering or exiting the CVS and the credit union.
and all the while the town busies itself fighting petty lawsuits and costing hardworking local people like Quattro many thousans of dollars in legal fees and delays.
not to mention screwing the little guy out of his hard earned money!
I can only hope that the complaints I have filed with the ninth judicial district are dealt with accordingly.
It is time for a radical change around here.
NO MORE CORRUPTION!
hopefully soon, the worm will turn and bite the ugly head off of the current administration

As much as I believe you are right, I do not think the kirchoff is part of the town board.
