I have followed this case since the beginning. My firm belief is that this women was suffering from Postpatum Psychosis. I could not understand why no one wanted to help her. To put her in prison was a miscarriage of justice, in my opinion. She and her family have suffered enough. Let her go home! She and her family need counselling to deal with their grief and this tragedy. I am a huge advocate for children and under most circumstances I think people who hurt children should be locked up and the key thrown away but this is so obviously a case of Poatpartum psychosis. I have worked with pregnant women for the past 18 years and believe me, this condition is real and it is terrifying for everyone involved. Alfredo Parrish deserves a medal for going to the wall for this family. Way to go Al!!! If you think I'm full of it, research postpartum depression and I think you eill also see that this was what caused this hrrible tragedy.

I watched this case since the beginning too. I watched a televesion interview she did while waiting for her second trial. She looked so uncaring, so cold, so evil. It sickens me that she is getting a new trial. Her defense didn't work so now she's changing her whole story. She has done nothing but tell lies and continued to change her story. At last she gave up the location of her sons corpse in exchange for a cigarette. She and everyone supporting her disgusts me. No one is thinking about the innocent life that has been lost. RIP, Jacob she can't hurt you anymore.

I saw that same interview and I got a completely different take. She looked like she was harboring self-resentment for her actions and she seemed extremely regretful that each time she saw her husband cry. She let her family down and and she seemed to blame herself. It bugs me that people judge this woman so negatively without looking at the facts: its clear she has a sickness that should be addressed. She definitely needs help. I hope she gets a reduction in her sentence so then she can get help and we can understand someone's mindset and hopefully learn to help those suffering in the future so this doesn't happen again.

I can't understand how a woman who gave a child up for adoption (not that that's wrong) had an abortion and then delivered a baby that she at the very least neglected over cigarettes can garner this much sympathy. Even the pictures taken early on with Jacob don't reveal bonding or cuddling - I think there is more at play here than post partum depression. I think it relates more to human bonding and mother instict that she she doesn't have. How can you place your child in a marsh weighed down by rocks and go home and go to sleep - then trade your darkest secret for a cigarette. To me this is deeper than post partum - and could be a sign of me first at all costs.

I know this lady and she is nothing like the things you people said. Don't go making accusations until you know someone and know what they were going through. She had a mental illness, that is a very serious thing. It is just like when someone gets physically ill you have symptoms that you can't help. Before you go shooting your mouth off about something you know nothing about get your facts straight and if you are so judgemental that you could say "sizzle it" maybe you should look at yourself and realize your not much different from a murderer.

You can make progress in business and legal affairs as the Moon and Mars harmonise. Use this energy to express your point of view and persuade others; at the very least you should be able to disarm your enemies and gain a firmer foundation for future success. For some of you, this aspect will be felt in your relationships with in-laws, who may occasionally seem like enemies!
