A Centre County judge issued an arrest warrant Monday for the McKeesport man who police said robbed three Penn State students at gunpoint Friday in their Beaver Terrace apartment.

I've seen this post copied and pasted on numerous other topics and I'm wondering why this person is so obsessed with finding this person. It's kind of creepy to see someone persistently pursue another like that and makes you wonder...why? Why don't you just go down to 10th Ward and ask if anyone knows the UTube girl?
