My prayers and sympathy to the Koenig family. Losing a child is the absolute worst thing that can happen to a parent.

We at Andover Newton are grieving this loss. Pastor Koenig is a valued member of our teaching community as a field education supervisor, and Plantsville is a teaching parish we know to have an abundant heart. We pray for healing for the Koenig family and for all of Chris's friends as well. You are on our hearts in this time of mourning. Peace and blessings, Prof. Sarah Drummond

My prayers and the church family of Whitneyville UCC are holding the Koenig family and church family in prayer. We pray that the family is uplifted by the prayers of others. It is sad to have a child die. We support themin their time of bereavement.
