Multiple Arrests Made in Murder of Former Prattville Football Player

Justin Rye AUTAUGA COUNTY, AL - The Autauga County Sheriff's office says it has made multiple arrests in the murder of Justin Rye.

These so called "KIDS" happen to, for the most part, be in their TWENTIES! You don't follow your kids around at this age. My son also goes to these bonfires they have been having for years at this place. He is twenty years old now and was good friends with Justin. For the moron that wrote "WHERE WERE THE PARENTS" Get your facts straight before you throw out stupid comments!

I hate what happened to Justin Rye. Bless his soul and may God help his family through this time.

Quess what. I spoke to some of the kids that attended the bonfire that fated night. The kids were as young as 16 years old. So my facts are good. If there is no parental guidence maybe its not a good idea to allow the bonfires.
My sister seems to be the smart one in this group of parents. When her son asked if he could go to the bonfire she checked it out. No parental guidence at the bonfire, so the answer was no.
Parenting does not stop when your children are out of high school. Even when the attend colledge ect. they still need parental guidence.

I was at the bonfire that and witnessed the entire thing. First off, to those concerned about parental guidance, if parents are guiding every aspect of a child's life they'll never be able to learn thing the hard way which isn't always necessary but on many occasion is necessary. Second of which Justin getting shot was not about the music at the party, two others were fighting and Josh tried to jump in on it and Justin was protecting one of the boys that was fighting. And Finally, as a witness of the altercation, John Calvin is a wuss for not taking responsibility for his actions. Josh was not the shooter.
