I wanted to thank you for your excellent customer service, your professionalism and your knowledge in resolving my air conditioning problems. Raul was very thorough when he came to my house and diagnosed my A/C problems. He was very professional and explained why I was having the problems I was having with my A/C unit. Vicki, Liz, and Christina, thanks for putting up with me calling and helping me get the fire behind Old Republic and staying on top of this situation to get it resolved. Julio’s team came out this afternoon and installed the new unit outside and made sure before they left that it was cooling and made sure there were no issue's after the unit was installed. Julio explained that he would notify the City Inspector and that he would come and check and what would take place. Great team, excellent customer service/care and professionalism, that's Chapman Air & Heat. I will definitely call on Chapman Air & Heat for future needs.

When the gentleman from Chapman came, he was so knowledgeable about the product (A Trane XL16i), the functions and energy efficiency. We didn’t even know there was so much we didn't know about air conditioning. We were not intending to buy a unit, but see what our options were and He was very understanding. We talked for about 30minutes and he explained how an efficient unit would be cost effective. He helped us get in touch with the financing people and fill out an application. We got an approval almost right away, and we ended up buying the unit. That was the last thing we expected we would do. So we were pretty happy with the overall help and service. He explained how things work and everything, going way beyond what you expect from a salesperson. Our experience was not good, it was excellent.

I want to take the opportunity to express my appreciation and gratitude for taking care of our air conditioning crisis!

I called you Monday morning, July 13th, because our downstairs air conditioner had gone out the previous Friday. Of course I was told it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before you could get to me and I understood that. After all, it was already Monday and I was honestly pleased that you could get to me that fast. Upon further conversation with Vicki Chase, I mentioned my concerns for our Golden Retriever, Jake, who has entered his "golden years" and suffers from hip problems and arthritis. He is uncommonly large, at 125 pounds he will no longer go up the stairs, where there was air conditioning. Because of his size, we cannot carry him up there. Vicki put me on hold and came back and informed me they would be taking care of me that day! She told me they take into consideration everyone with special needs, including animal family members! They completed the job that Monday evening and every member of the crew was polite, knowledgeable and professional.

We still can't believe how quickly everything was taken care of! Thank you Chapman Air and Heat for listening to what mattered to us and caring enough to get the job done in record time. Not only are we enjoying a system that will cool better and more efficiently, but Jake is once again his happy, nap loving self!
