My boyfriend ordered Mother's Day flowers from Plainwell Flowers for delivery to me. I did not receive them. I went into Plainwell Flowers on Monday, the day after Mother's Day, and picked up my flowers. The employee took my name and number, told me she was unsure what happened and that the owner was working the day the flowers were to be delivered. Further, the employee took my name and number, told me the owner would be in later that day, and would pass the information on so that I could receive an explanation. To date, I have not been contacted. Dropping the ball twice is unacceptable!

Our family went into Plainwell Flowers to make arrangements for a family member and was told that we had to go elsewhere for funeral flowers because the deceased was the exspouse of the florist that makes arrangements for Plainwell Flowers! We are devastated and cannot believe that this has happened.
