Our doors and locks have never worked. We have been promised repairs multiple times but they never come through. Now they won't even return our calls. BEWARE

We have been battling with them to correct numerous items that have gone wrong with their showcases for over two years; poor lights and fixtures, broken mirrors, incomplete order, wrong colors of glass. I have never had so much problem in getting something corrected. Have had workman and the owner to the store who agree about the issues and after they leave it is never resolved. Items look nice when you start but buyer beware the case are coming apart. There is no customer service after you pay them.

Do you have problems with the showcases coming apart or the glass mirrors cracking? Our doors and drawers do not close correctly because of this. We were promised new replacement cases, and that has not happened, nor have they been repaired. His own repair people stated they needed replaced. You can e-mail me at [email protected], I have started to collect names and numbers of other customers with the same poor customers satisfactions problems.

This company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They just recently changed their name to ďDIAMOND THEME LLCĒ. They told me that it takes only a month for my items to be shipped, but it took 2 months. They never pick up their phone calls and never fully communicate with us about the process. When my showcase arrived, they look pretty, put itís a piece of crap! The keys donít work, the glass door for my window displays wonít slide and there is no lighting. They told me that the lighting is ordered here in the states and will be shipped to us the day that our showcase arrived. 2 weeks later, Iím still without lights. They are not returning phone calls and is delaying my store from opening. With a jewelry store, you canít close for that long, you lose all of you customers. Iím so stress with these people. All I want is the stuff be paid IN FULL for. I called many other jewelers that used them and I heard that they have 3 lawsuits against them. I didnít want to believe that they will do this to us, but itís true. Donít make the same mistakes that we have made. The people who work for the company is: Steven wan, Tina Sum, Richard Chau and Harris Chan. If you come across them, BEWARE! They drive us INSANE! We are going to be looking for new showcase in the next couple of years.

All I heard is good things about them. All my friends who own stores with their showcases have always told me positive things about them. Please don't make up stuff like lawsuits and stuff like that, it can really get you into legal trouble. You're expecting them to pay you because you closed your store due to what? No lightning? The showcases have a glass top, I'm sure your store's lightning is sufficient enough. Exaggerating something to make your point across is very childish.

Now on to my experience. I have used them many times in the past years and I never experience all these problems you guys are stating. Yes, there might be one or two things that might go wrong, which is expected because nothing is perfect. But so far, every time, they offered to fix it free of charge. One time I had a lock that did not work, I simply called them and told them the situation and they took care of it right away. I didn't have to throw a tantrum and exaggerate the problem.

Dear Jake Maxwell,
If this is the same company as CITYSHOWCASE and DISPLAY, you have not been paying attention to what people are saying. This company failed in SO many ways for service, quality, and customer satisfaction. We had an issue with the the light shield cutting our staff's hands due to poor design. When they were advised of the issue, they sent a grinding wheel and fix it yourself attitude. To this date I am still waiting for items that were contracted and have failed to be delivered. We contacted NY consumers affairs and advised them of the same. If they are back in business we and others will gladly pursue our issues with them. What is their current phone and address, we would like to talk to them, if they will return the calls. Jake , will you be at the next JA show in NY this month? Would like to compare notes. Funny if this is the same company, why close and leaving no forwarding information or return calls to cure the issues that they have failed to correct?
