Those two kids should face serious charges. I knew that student and the selfish and immature decisions of those two costed a life.

I'm really sorry for your loss. I don't know the circumstances, but it would seem that their goal was to humiliate him. That is horrible.

Tragic!

Dharun Ravi, 18 and Molly Wei, 18, were both charged with two counts of invasion of privacy for allegedly using a hidden camera to broadcast some of the images of the Sept. 19 sexual encounter on the web, the report said.

I wonder if they feel any responsibility for his suicide death or any regret for their actions.

I can imagine a judge saying,"What in this world were you thinking?????"

I think Mr Ravi and Ms Wei are not the kind of people you should dare invite into your home.

Before blaming his roommate please have some compassion for him. Perhaps he knew his roomie was a homo and by filming him he outed him and may have saved himself from getting his rectum reamed while he slept at night. Also the dead man was a registered democrat and Obama supporter.

I hope Dharun and Molly both get expelled and receive the maximum sentence allowable.
Absolutely disgusting what that did. People like that don't deserve an education - just look at what they're using it for... The humiliation and degradation of another person who then took their own life.
Great job A-holes. Enjoy prison!

Take2Nexit: This kid did not jump off a bridge because he was gay. he jumped because he was ashamed of being gay for whatever reason. Don't blame others. It is not my job to accept you so you don't kill yourself.---------taken from the AOL chatroom "beliefs-christian"

Maybe these kids should be sent to Guantanamo so that would be able to associate with decent prisioners in an American Prison after conviction.
