The biggest problem in the Health Care Industry is the profit motive. Get rid of that and most of the problems will be solved.

What a bunch of crap. Insurance companies mame and injure people all the time. The dropping of routine scanning should not surprise anyone. The only way they can be profitable to their shareholders is to deny care to patients... something they have gotten increasingly better at over the years.
