School Bus Stop

Every weekday a big, yellow school bus pulls over to the side of Scudders Mill Road acros from one of the SQUIBB driveways at approx 8:10 a.m. The driver waits there for 5 - 10 minutes, then leaves. He holds up traffic as he slows to pull over and since there is only a narrow shoulder, traffic has to slow down to geet by. Why is this happening? Isn't there a safer place for a school bus to kill a little time?

They do it all over the place. Try driving up Stout's Lane just as school is beginning, or New road in the morning. I don't get it either, can't they find a parking lot or park in this town??
