N.J. college student secretly taped having sex kills himself

A New Jersey college student jumped to his death off a bridge a day after authorities say two classmates surreptitiously recorded him having sex with a man in his dorm room and broadcast it over the Internet. Full Story

Sure they made arrests. I also know that two of them have had shots fired at them. They made arrests but they made far more medical calls where they helped people. That's more of a cop's job than traffic tickets and arresting low-lifes.

ropeing people would be excessive force today also throwing night sticks at people also torturing people is excessive force and civil rights violations ,against the fourth and sixth ammendment cruel and unusual punishment without a trial like some cops around here did .
