Conolly Properties is the worst. I mean I dont live in one of their properties but my sister does. First off Kay was the agent who was helping my sister and to tell the truth one day I went in with my sister and I told her she did not have to get an apartment with these people that treat their clients like some piece of crap. I myself wanted to punch this Kay person in the face. The process to get the apartment you would think that you are getting a penthouse in Manhattan with a view of the water but instead she is on the most ghetto block in a building with a bunch of ghetto people in an apartment that I would only choose over a cardboard box on the street and trust some cardboard boxes may even look more attractive. Please I would advise anyone needing an apartment to go elsewhere and find a place to live. I did notice that they do have alot of properties but if they are boycotted maybe they will get the message that everyone wants to be treated humanly.

They Suck....Thats the bottom line. They do not take care of their properties (the ones in plainfield at least). The hired help (supers..etc) look and act like they were found on the side of the curb, they could really care less about you! If you are thinking of moving and see Connolly Properties.....DONT DO IT!

Let me be the first to tell you, if someone writes a good review for Connolly either they are someone like him or is getting payed by him somehow! Low lives are not judged by income but by character towards all. Mayor Briggs is an idiot! To let this happen in Plainfield is terrible. soon there will be more organized crime for her to cover up as long as the money is flowing in. residence will suffer. Buisnesses will suffer, and the school districts are already. In situations like this there is always someone who can distroye lives. who knows how many families have suffered in Plainfield. If Mayor Briggs cared she would stop riding the mexicans and show by her actions that all families matter in Plainfield. And as of Connolly, not all of your employees are loyal to you . You and your so called friends will be taken down by one person who really knows your sins, stupid!!!

o please they take your money by making you pay app fee then tell you you need a co signer take there fee.then they never seem to know the status of your application because the head lady is always in a meeting.me and my sis still havent heard from them we ended up renting a house. there just unproffesional they really are but walk around smiling because they got an award from the housing better bureua but i say all thse who feel conolly is a waste of time, plus you have no choice because they own mostly all of the buildings in plainfield should start a towns meeting.

I LIVE IN PROPERTY OWNED BY THIS SLUM LORD!!! THE ELAVATOR BROKE ,THE REPAIRMAN SAID "I WILL NOT PATCH THIS THING ANYMORE IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED." THERE ARE ELDERLY PEOPLE IN THIS BUILDING ,SICK, AND HANDICAPPED LIVING ON THE UPPER FLOORS WHO NEED THE ELAVATOR. THE EMPLOYEES AT THE OFFICE ON EAST 7TH ST. ALL SAY " IT WILL BE FIXED TODAY " AFTER THE REPAIRMAN HAS SAID IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. THE STATE HAS COME IN AND SHUT THIS ELAVATOR DOWN . CONNOLLY WILL NOT COMPLY!

I lived at one of the Connolly Properties building in plainfield about six months ago and had to moved due to my job relocating me. One thing i must say I had mix feelings on leaving sad and happy .I never had no problems, paid my rent on time and the office always have given me respect. So I was sad to leave my apartment and happy that i no longer had to deal with neighbors who dont give a dam about where they live and trash the grounds where they live and dont pick after there children who is only learning what there parents are doing. I can remember clearly last summer one of the staff members was out cleaning the property the entire day with temp. of 98 degrees outside as he was finished people of the complex walked right beside him and threw trash on the floor and laughed and walked right into there apartment. How sad was that to see, but i guess no one see anything wrong with that. The part that i must laugh about is that everyone who had something negative to say are calling this landlord a "SLUM" but i gurantee all of them ARE STILL TENANTS how funny is that. If you dont like it then MOVE!!!

I must say Rob that is HILARIOUS>>>> Everyone who had something to say are either STILL tenants or didnt get a chance to be one but yet they applied to be a tenant. Well one thing i can say is that i sat in the lobby at 128 East 7th filling out a rental application and the ladies were very pleasant to everyone as they walked through the door. Its the people walking in through those doors is the real problem. Why should anyone have to tolerate someone else being nasty to them when you are trying to help them. I can say the ladies in the office were nothing but sweet. NO COMPLAINTS HERE!!!!

Well Rob they are still living in this "slumlords" building because there is really no other place to live and if you read the complaint you will realize that most of the residents are ALL ILLEGAL ALIENS...DAH get with the program brother know the facts before you right such rediculous comments...how ignorant you are....or maybe you work for them! who knows...

If i wasnt an educated 38yr old hard working man i will respond ignorantly the way you did. Allow me to answer some of your obnoxious questions. You asked did i read the allege complaints about Connolly Properties absolutely!!!! Because i KNOW MY FACTS maybe you shoud take your own advice next time before you make a fool out of yourself to the public. The word allege means (claims that something has been done illegal or wrong with no PROOF that this is the case) Which means that this has not been proven to be true. I see that you have taken a lot of time to respond to this website maybe next time you will try to proof read what you wrote to the public before making yourself look like the real ignorant person that can call someone ridiculos and dont even know the correct spelling. Sunshine are you sure you wasnt a tenant of Connolly and was evicted??? To be honest l lived at beacon village with no problems....

OMG! They are awful. They brought out my old apartment owners last year and it went downhill from there. Management is a joke, the main office staff is dumb as rocks and the attitudes are ridiculous. Now I live miles away and I am still fighting with them. Connolly Properties is a sham and it is just reassuring to see I'm not alone on this. Who ever is praising them must be on their corrupt payroll.
