In a State where the motto is Live Free or
Die,I can't believe that more people are not
concerned for the story that is unfolding
in the Plainfield Tax case.
Ed and Elaine Brown have been charged
with Failure to file amongst other things.
The judge has denied them every time they
have tried to put anything into evidence
that may help in their case.
Where is the justice in that?
As far as that goes, someone show me the
law that states the average American is
obligated to pay a Federal Income tax.
It's not there and that is why the judge has
to deny allowing them to enter evidence.
Think I'm crazy? The "We The people
Organization" has been to D.C. 14 times
and has invited Congressman, Senators,
IRS Commissioner and others to attend
a meeting to have them show the law.
Not once did anyone show up. Why?
Because there is no law that requires
the average American to pay a Federal
Income Tax! It is one of the biggest
frauds on the American people.
Folks these tax cases go on all the time
all across America, but you never hear that
in the main stream media. Why?
Do you think these people just don't
want to pay their fair share or do they know
something you don't, a little secret.
So New Hampshire, what are you going
to do? Let these 2 good people rot
in prison for breaking a law that
does not exist, or turn off the T.V.
and do the right thing and help them
out. Demand a fair trial and that all
evidence be allowed. Why not show
up for their trial for support. Call
your Congressman and tell him your
not going to stand for this injustice,
Or just go back to your T.V. and
wait until it's your turn and hope
someone helps you, like you would

Having taken my case on these exact issues to the highest levels of the IRS in Washington,D.C., and succeeded, I am in a position to willingly testify under oath as to the illegal and criminal activities of this organization-IRS.
For those that genuinely want to investigate these issues, I highly recommend the following.
The Federal Mafia by Irwin Schiff(book)
From Freedom to Fascism by Aaron Russo(DVD)
check on youtube or google video for a free viewing.
May God's blessings be upon Ed and Elaine Brown.
They are correct and their only error,if any, was in the manner in which they presented the issues.
How does one tell the Mob to quit beating people up without getting beaten yourself ??
Ed and Elaine Brown are fighting for all of us, to include our children and grandchildren. It saddens me to no end that most people don't even recognize that simple fact. Msy God have mercy upon us a nation. We have become a nation of Cowards!

What do you mean by succeeded?
Family of 4 here, paying almost $800 a MONTH just to the government...WHY? We make LESS THAN $60,000 a year!
Praying for the browns.....

The entire United States Government is guilty of the tax crimes they are blaming Ed and Elaine Brown for.
When I think about it, why should the Brown's or anyone for that matter pay any taxes at all?
After all, much of the tax money we are made to give the government winds up being wasted and/or used improperly.
For example, the FBI wasted over $170 million dollars on a computer overhaul project (started in 2001) that was supposed to give them an instant and paperless way to manage criminal and terrorism cases.
That project was called Virtual Case File, and it was so inadequate and outdated that a new computer system project had to be started from scratch at a much higher cost to taxpayers.
The new system named Sentinel, even had problems.
In 2005, Randolph Hite, director of IT architecture and systems issues at the Government Accountability Office, wrote in a letter that the FBI should proceed with Sentinel, and cautioned that problems likely will surface because of a lack of an enterprise architecture plan.
The Sentinel project's cost is $425 million dollars and will not be running at full capacity until late 2009.
This is your tax money.
Here is an eye-opener:
The cost of the war in Iraq has cost the taxpayers more than $359 billion dollars.
According to a Yahoo Internet news source on January 18, 2007, that means with that same money, you could provide total health care and insurance for more than 215 million children a year.
Or, you could hire 6,224,739 schoolteachers for a year.
Or, you could provide more than 17 million full four-year college scholarships.
When Bush started this war on the people of Iraq, their country had nothing to do with terrorists.
The many terrorists around the world were not welcome in Iraq.
Saddam did not even like or trust bin Laden.
Yet, Bush said this is a war on terror.
Iraq is now a haven for terrorists.
This is your tax money.
In 2003, the Department of the Treasury’s 2003 Financial Report of the United States Government has a short section titled “Unreconciled Transactions Affecting the Change in Net Position.”
The unreconciled transactions are funds for which auditors cannot account.
Those funds totaled $25 billion dollars.
The government knows that $25 billion was spent by someone, somewhere, on something, but auditors do not know who spent it, where it was spent, or on what it was spent.
That missing money is your tax money.
Between 1997 and 2003, the Defense Department purchased and then left unused approximately 270,000 commercial airline tickets at a total cost of $100 million.
The Defense Department once uncovered its own credit card scandal.
Over an 18-month period, Air Force and Navy personnel once used government-funded credit cards to charge at least $102,400 for admission to entertainment events,$48,250 for gambling,$69,300 for cruises, and $73,950 for exotic dance clubs and prostitutes.
The CIA has leak scandals that costs tax money.
Congress wastes money.
This branch of government wastes money, and that branch of government wastes money.
Every branch of government is wasting your tax money.
Your tax money is being wasted so badly, that even many towns and cities across the country will use up their construction and other supplies at the end of every year even if they have a lot left over so they can say they need more money for the next year because they don't want to "run out" again.
More money means your tax money.
If I wrote about all the tax money that is being wasted, I would never leave my computer.
So why should the Brown's or anyone else pay taxes?
The money that the government takes for taxes is being wasted.
That is the real crime.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Morse wants Ed and Elaine Brown to go to jail, but it is Morse who should go to jail for defending the government.
Thank you for reading this.

I support Ed and Elaine Brown, a couple who have been convicted of tax evasion by the government of the United States.
The Browns are right, and their refusal to pay income tax is not only right, but legal.
In fact, the taxes that the Browns are being forced to pay is illegal.
Let me begin.
There are many forms of taxation.
Property, excise, sales, and income are just a few of the commodities that are taxed in the United States.
Of those, income tax is a tax that is based on earnings, with a certain percent going to tax.
Until 1913, there was no such thing as an income tax.
At that time, Congress brought forth the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, the federal income tax amendment, which was allegedly ratified in 1913.
To ratify the 16th Amendment, at least 3/4 or 36 of the states had to approve the amendment.
There were 48 states at that time.
Of those 48 states, only two actually ratified the 16th amendment, and those same two may not have done so legally.
In other words, the 16th amendment giving the government the right to tax income, was never made legal.
To put this into more simple terms, it is illegal to collect income tax.
It has been illegal since 1913.
The government has no right to make you pay an income tax.
In fact, it is theft.
In 1913, Secretary of State Philander Knox announced ratification by 38 states, but among those same 38 states, there is absolute proof that:
The Kentucky Senate voted down the resolution by a 22 to 9 vote.
The California legislative assembly never recorded any vote to ratify the 16th amendment.
The State of Minnesota sent nothing to the Secretary of State in Washington.
The California legislative assembly never recorded any votes which means that no one knows how California voted, if it even voted at all.
This all means that the 16th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was never ratified, meaning it was never approved.
So the U.S. Government never had the legal right to collect income tax from its people.
This means that Ed and Elaine Brown are right in refusing to pay this tax, and the government is wrong.
I am in complete support of them!

the problem is that the corporate world that controls the media and the government(they call that fascism) is not going to give any legs to the notion that things need to be changed in any meaningful way here in america. therefore, you never hear of the browns anymore in the news outside of the internet.
what is really scary is that the mud-headed slugs the federal government employs to trample on our rights, a la the browns, waco, ruby ridge etc., are just self-rigtheous and ignorant enough to let another disaster take place like the ones that led up to the oklahoma city bombing. probably the only thing that will bode well for a peaceful outcome of this mess, is that the pension puffing federal trash that engages in these gestapo assaults watch the websites out there too and they know that if they pull off another waco type raid that there will be a lot of bloodshed down the road for them.
it is kind of like walking into a cage full of trained tigers with nothing but a whip and a chair. the trainer has his cats all intmidated with his rituals of coercion and reward. but he also knows that the instant the cats decide to take him out he is toast. the federal governemnt sits in just such a precarious position at this time. there are a lot more individuals in this nation today than after waco that would think nothing of tracking down these enemies of this nations constitution and slamming a hot slug in their pathetic little heads.
you'v got the libertarians just looking for the chance to throw off the fetters of federal oversight into their affairs. you've got a whole bunch of people who have suffered personally at the hands of the governemt. and beyond these groups lie a whole bunch of cause activists who are ready to spill blood on the fruited plain; none more ready or morally justified in their own thinking than those waiting for the "second-coming" of jesus and their chance to kill off a few minions of the antichrist before their lord actually gets here.
no, i think these pickle puffing federales ought to give some real thought to the tigers on the stools out there.

Every doller i make 50 cent goes to taxes. Within that 50 cent that is mine i have to pay tax on the things i buy. Our goverment is not ours its theirs. They have millions to waste and spend to get elected. they tell you the trueth you want to hear as long as you elect them. Once elected and having power they use that power to line their own pockets with your tax money. these people dont care about you its all about money for corporate america. The military industrial complex is running this country at this moment. when they stop another complex will take over. The point is i refuse to support their oil money hungry destructive shove the bills somrwhere else goverment. Hey ED im on your side. Live free or die trying. There is not a law that stipulates with or without the purpose of those taxws and what the use of those are used for..The goverment is ripping us off and waisting the money from the taxes that we pay. ITS TIME TO REVOLT AGAINST THE GOVERMENT THAT HAS TAKEN CONTROL OVER OUR LIVES. This goverment wont stand very long. POWER TO THE PEOPLE!

simply stated but true. the browns resistance is a form of revolution and the governement needs to understand that "we the people" will not stand for another ruby ridge or waco. the standoff says much about the issue of tax laws, but it also says much about the loss of patience on the part of the people with a small group of individuals who have hi-jacked this country for their own benefit and made us their slaves. as long as they know we will fight them over it possibly we can avoid bloodshed. if not, let's get it on!
