KenCom Exec Board approves two budgets

The KenCom Executive Board last week unanimously approved budgets for the Emergency Telephone Service Board's fiscal years 2009-10 and 2010-11. The ETSB budget funds equipment and KenCom operations through a surcharge on county residents' monthly phone bills.
