Does anyone know if DUI's are handed out frequently in Plainfield??? I saw some stumblers downtown and started wondering...... It seems like there are a lot of intoxicated people down there sometimes....

was the person in violation of the buliding code... vehicle sticker code.. maybe it was a local trustee...
