Does Plainfield illegally pump stormwater from faulty designed or inoperative retention ponds into the DuPage River?

I don't know about the river, but in the evenings in the core area of the village, when you open a window all you smell is a very bad burning smell that seems to come from the river area. I wonder who is burning in the village? Is it the sewage plant? Isn't that illegal? Does anyone know who is doing this?

Sewage Plant is no longer along the River you reference ... now a natural greeen Space with potential huge long term benefits to this fine village. A Re-creation of what was once an destination parcel in the Late 1800's-early 1900's. Burning is the neighbors fire pit !

Daily Horoscope for February 5

Aquarius

There may be a little push and pull between home and work as the Sun in your sign clashes with the Moon. Things seem a little out of joint. Uranus and Pluto are under pressure, so work or obligations may mitigate your efforts. People in the neighborhood ask a lot of you, but don't be too amenable. Know the right time to say 'no'.
