Dollar General

What's going on at the Dollar General? They have lost or got rid of all the old people like Joyce and the ones they have left are rude! Everytime I go in there I have to wait in line and there is employees outside smoking. The main manager being one of them. Will not go there anymore! The parking is another problem and you have to be careful or someone will bang their door into the side of your car.

I like going to Dollar General. I go once or twice a week if not more. Everytime I walk in I'm greeted by the clerk, I have to agree with the parking its horrible but I still shop there..

i like to shop at dollar general but the parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. i find the clerks are friendly and helpful. i also like family dollar, parking not a problem but getting thru the aisle in the store is a major pain!!

just love going to Dollar General !!!sure the parking sucks !! as for Joyce...good luck joyce sure do miss you in there.

I don't know I agree the manager there is horrible and the new employees are not very nice. I will still go there though cause of their prices.

Joyce is a big lost for Dollar General but she got a better job working at Ware Youth Center good for you Joyce . As for the people being rude I go there for the prices not the people

I am the manager of the Dollar General in Coushatta. I have been at this store for 2.5 years and no one has ever told me that I am rude, other than people that have been caught stealing in our store. I invite you to stop in and speak to me about any problems that you have at our store. If you do not want to speak to me regarding these problems feel free to report them to Dollar General and I will assure you that they will be addressed. As for the changing faces people have a choice to work where they want to work, and there are circumstances that come up that effect our staff. Policies and procedures exist in all business. If any employee at Dollar General is rude or disrespectful in any way I would ask you to please call me or stop in to visit. I have worked hard to give all citizens of Coushatta a friendly place to shop and I would like it to stay that way. I appologize for the parking lot. It was that way when I got here. My district manage is working hard to get it changed. These things do take time and I hope it happens soon. I again ask that any person who feels they have been treated unfairly at Dollar General to please contact me at the store ASAP. Thank You!

I think all the workers should stop smokin right outside by the doors. Looks very bad. I think its great that your asking for input though!

hey whats going on at dollar gerenal now days i heard that the manager walked out on monday? who is running the store now? guess she got what was comming to her! she ran off or got rid of some good people down thier!
