To bad they waited this long to do something about all the child abuse in New Mexico, may be they could have saved baby Briana.

If the Governor would implement state inspection stickers they would pull in a lot of revenue, and then the whiners would stop complaining about trying to save a few children.

If you would demand state inspections on those rolling deathtraps you people call cars, maybe Texas would'nt have thousands of New Mexico junkers running around our state without helping pay for the roads they drive on. Then that paltry $147,000 would'nt seem like much.

Foster care is child abuse. Kids go from sometimes hard situations to harsh non livable situations. This includes psychotropic drugs to help them forget the people who really love them.

where do you get your information from. If it is just hearsay you can do a lot damage. There are a lot of good foster parents out here. Just the same as there are a lot good parents, there are also bad.But to say what you did without proof. http://www.elpasoezads.com Save all the children.

To the lady from Roswell,N.M. Look up Children's Rights. Org. The State of Texas, Governor Perry and the Commissioner Anne Hellengstein are being sued on behalf of 9 foster children because of what happens to them while they are in the system. The financial incentive created by the system puts these children in very traumatic situations. You need to get better informed before you make comments that make very little sense. Why are you defending a system that needs complete reform? We need a system that works in the best way for the best welfare of the children. You also need to look up WWW Fight CPS.Com
