Stop Roswell from slaughtering horses.
NM wild horses need private land to
continue raising family herds.
Stop horse slaughter.

We need to encourage congress to ban the export out of the US and execution of these animals inside our borders. Greedy ranchers sell these precious living beings their flesh in order to fatten their wallets. DISGUSTING!!!

Humane? You don't have any clue as to how inhumane the actual slaughter is. Do you realize that the "meat" is being sent overseas to China? Yeah, lets slaughter those beautiful animals in the name of greed!

be eaten here, not in china, we have plenty of hungry people here. Cows, pigs and sheep are slaughtered the same way and nobody cries about them?

So are you saying that pigs, cows, and sheep are allowed to bleed out? I don't think so! No, it is not for consumption in the US, it is being sent overseas.

I just read that the method of slaughtering cows varies from slaughter house to slaughter house. No uniform method, but what I read makes me want to become a vegetarian!

I worked in the slaughter houses in the mid west. I can story for 1 hour An Auto hammer to the head that pierced the skull , but many times missed the kill mark. The screams.

I've read "The Jungle" a couple of times but have no intention of giving up meat. There is plenty of room on my plate for tasty animals, right next to the taters. The killing of animals may or may not be the most humane but it is what it is.

Someone else mentioned pigs etc being slaughtered for food and I think their comment is pretty much spot on. I see no difference with horses myself, same basic process and same basic end result, although why it would be sent to China is beyond me too.

End result, you have a choice about eating meat, ponder it and act accordingly.

Who do you immortalize Kaa? We are talking about the inhumane treatment of animals and the disgusting consumption of horse meat. NOT story books.

WE? Have you a turd in your pocket Mr I'M NEVER WRONG FROM OKLAHOMA? I'm saying there is no basic difference in slaughtering a horse than any other animal, hence it is NOT inhumane, which is what many are using as their argument. There is nothing wrong with the meat, its healthy and much leaner than beef or pork or most other non exotic cuts. If it bothers YOU to eat horse meat then don't eat it - pretty simple concept, even for an chemtrail huffing imbecile like you.

I myself would never claim I am correct most all of the time. Whether it be horse or a steer, we have become long ago a slaughter factory.Horse meat is going too far. as for drugs, the most potent pill I take is an over the counter pain killer once and awhile. None of those lines.

Nice redirection try but we all know who you are, the chemtrail huffing poster from OK.

We are a slaughter factory because of peoples need for meat - imbecile. No different than when people hunt, just on a much larger scale.

Its probably best you don't visit the business as you may be on the packers candidate list. Seems they accept braying jackasses like you as well as horses. But in your case the output would be a contaminant.

I'm trying to grasp, to whom you referring to? Chemical trails sound dangerous to me, especially a poster who thinks he is always correct and supports contaminating our environment? Don't compare me to someone like this. To a more important issue in my heart are horses who are subject to racing @ on a hard track, then trucked to slaughter house in Mexico and Canada.

Yeah, they should be able to live out their old age,, thinking about all the mares in their brood or all the studs they met, die a natural death and then go to horse heaven. Egads, we're humane.

Whatever, but we all know who you used to post as. Only a chemtrail huffing lunatic like would think he's smart enough to fool others.

Race horses are not intended to go to the slaughter house, I told you that already and an earlier article said the same thing. FOCUS Grasshopper!!

Most horses are companion animals, and are pumped full drugs.. Horse meat for human consumption is dangerous. I promise you will never see it,packaged at Piggly Wiggly. Furthermore, most horses that are raised for racing are mistreated the worst. A large % are slaughtered. Facts and reliable data back this up.YOU never ' told' me anything before the last few post.Silly ole fart.

Once again Mr thick in the head, those are not the horses that will be going thru the slaughter house, wild ones overpopulating and overgrazing the ranges are. Had you read the article(s) prior to your posts you'd have known that.

Are you implying the USDA won't do inspections or oversee thing at a horse slaughterhouse, like they do in every other meat processing operation?

Yes I did tell you, in another thread with the same discussion but you were high on chemtrail lines and failed to listen. FOCUS GRASSHOPPER!!! Do some research, read, listen, absorb and stop romancing the sheep in OK.
