playing stupid. There is a glut of natural gas right now and low demand. Despite your whining on behalf of the most profitable and powerful industries and cartels in the world, the is still plenty of business going on and they have actual paid lobbyists and a corrupt governor in their back pocket. Why join the race to the bottom and undo protections that benefit all in the long term to deal with a temporary situation in the marketplace?

Wow. You liberals are priceless for entertainment value. The way you bob and weave with your excuses to shift blame to ANYTHING but government is hilarious. Now you blame glut of natural gas and low demand. Even if that were true, that STILL doesn't explain why EVERY natural gas state saw growth, EXCEPT New Mexico, which saw decline. Even if your theory of the day is true, WHY should New Mexico be so stupid by driving making it harder to do business here at exactly the wrong time? And I love how you liberals call a thriving economy, jobs, and increased tax revenues "the race to the bottom". How about you liberals get off your high horse and protect PEOPLE and their JOBS instead of making it harder and harder to do business here and driving jobs away? Governor Martinez was elected because of attitudes like yours, and she is still popular because of what she's doing to help real people, even though she faces tough opposition from obstructionist in the legislature. Your "cartel" myth is just that, a myth. 75% of the natural gas jobs that have left New Mexico because of the Democrats overregulation were from small business.

Democrats have run the New Mexico legislature for over 50 years. If lobbyists are a problem, why haven't they fixed that? Could it be they want to keep the door open so that THEY can become lobbyists someday too? You've got enough red herring for bait now, why not go catch some real fish?

think the jury was wrong and the legal system too huh? Would you have had him incarcerated instead, even though found not guilty? What so you know that the jury did not?

dense, Cary. Protections from permanent damage trumps any imagined benefits. Since the pit rule was recently weakened by her corrupt appointees, you have even less of a point.

Agree. we have let corporate greed, selflessness, ignorance, and on degrade our environment. I don't go trout fishing in NM to stand around beer bottles and other trash.

Same could be said about casey anthony.....oj simpson. Juries acquitted them.

But......

What does this have to do with the topic subject?

it is equally obvious Zimmerman was not to blame for it since the jury acquitted him.

It is also obvious that oj simpson did not murder his wife, because the jury acquitted him.

Equally obvious is that casey anthony had nothing to do with the death of her daughter, since the jury acquitted her.

Ah, but DOJ spent money on campaigning against his acquittal, and now they are looking at Civil Rights charges. Can always count on our justice system. Like a shooting arcade. Don't get them the first time, get them the second.
And this has nothing to do with unemployment in NM. Unless you have Jury Duty.

Cary who? Nickel? I've gone back an read his stuff, he knows what he's talking about. It's people like you who are screwed up. The unemployed cannot afford a nice home, good food, or clean water. And a government that is broke cannot afford to do it's job. So you keep towing the socialist party line, and the rest of us will carry the workload best we can, DESPITE freeloaders like you.

Bullshit. Your just another useless freeloading liberal who wants to bite the hand that feeds you. I've been to Oklahoma, and you've got nothing to gloat over. Cheap land in Oklahoma is cheap for a reason.
