It just pisses me off when I come across a story like this! This W**B*** most likely doesn't have a license, insurance, ect. One example of why the border needs to be SHUT. Bet you,he's on his way back to wherever he came from.

We are so heart-broken at the loss of our dear sweet Agnes. We all spent a fabulous time at Vallecitos Lake, near Durango, Colorado last week. Agnes came up with Justin and Katherine and they had so much fun swimming, biking and Agnes was so proud to see Justin get up on a kneeboard. On the 3rd day there my dauter accidentally hooked herself in the head with a treble hook and Agnes right away jumped in and took us to an urgent care in Durango. It was not serious but we had to get it out. Katherine was in the back seat comforting Sierra and telling her that her head would be okay. It was very sweet. Agnes was coming back to life and was looking forward to her future. Now, because of a reckless and unresponsible driver, that will not happen. Our hearts ache during this loss of our dear, sweet, friend and especially for Justin and Katerine. It just seems so unfair and unimmaginable that both parents were taken away from these children at such a sweet young age. god Bless you Agnes and know we are always here and will be here for your children.

Your friends in Placitas and I as writer of this last good bye,

THis has nothing to do with border patrol or illegal aliens. Maybe DWI, but we don't yet know. For God's sake, don't use this as an excuse to blame everything on illegal aliens! Most of whom come here and work their tails off doign work that none of us would do to provide for their families. This was tragic. It was an accident. No-one knows the details of why it happened, yet. If DWI, then let's deal with DWI. Anyone can be in a car accident. Agnes was my
closest girlfriend. I loved her and i loved her kids. I will miss her terribly! This is so painful for those of us who knew and loved her, but don't use this as an exuse to vent your xenophobia!!!

Thanks for being the only TV station to follow this story. The others had to tell us for the 100th time why the downtown club 7 was raided.

Meanwhile, the police are keeping us safe from drugs the majority of us have never even seen.

Wasn't there something recently in the paper here about the problems with the illegals driving and causing wrecks? Well, perhaps NM should enact an law similar to the one that AZ passed. Doubtful that would work since ABQ is a sanctuary city where you can be an illegal break the law and not get deported and maybe get a slap on the wrist. It is interesting though, in all of my world travels most of the European and Asian countries don't have the crime and trash that is all over Mexico and the surrounding border areas. Coincidence?? All the trash(human and otherwise) coming up from the south. Canada at least has a fairly decent buffer zone from this.....

You know stuff like this happens with every race to be at fault, no body is perfect and we seem to make all the same bad decisions, no matter the color we are. Or where we come from. The only thing that need to be said about this is that justice need to be done. Thats it.! God bless the children and the family in thei time of sorrow, and grief.

Another example of the incorrect use of "undocumented alien", more appropriately it is "illegal resident" or "criminal". Yes, more often than not the few give the many who are honest and hardworking a bad rap. However, it will be next to impossible to ever bring this person to trial since he / she can easily float back across the border. If the process was followed then there would be information on each and every one of these people that law enforcement would be able to use as tangible leads. Otherwise Mexico does not cooperate with American law enforcement period.

so is the man's family that is not cooperating with police also "undocumented immigrants"? Please...we couldn't go into another country, do as we please, kill their citizens and nothing happen to us. if he is so innocent, why did he run? if it was just "an accident" then why not stay and try to help the actual victims- the woman who died and her small child.

Another good reason to crackdown on illegals. Now if ICE would do their job and deport men, women, and children. I'm tired of seeing my tax dollars paying for keeping them in prison, educating their children, whether they were born here or not,and having signs in other than English in public places. Also, places that employ illegals should be fined $10,000 per illegal to discourage employing them.

Happy Birthday Agnes.

We were going to the symphony tonight, and then dinner. I still have the tickets.

I miss you too much and my days are consumed by your image.

Your grace, beauty and devotion are with me today as I think of you.

My love is with you.

Happy birthday Agnes.
