Frankly is the kind of slug that we have walking the face of America that just cannot accept reality.

I guess the rage that is felt about Zimmerman is probably the same that most felt about OJ (well except for the Black Community) which no matter what believed that he did not kill his wife and her friend.

Just like that case you did not see White America clamoring for Civil Rights injustice and a whole range of other things.

The jury decided and most people accepted.

This is just another way for the Black community to deflect what the real issues in their leadership and their community.

Deal with the real issues and that will bring about positive change.

Happens everyday in dear old Chicago - Black on Black gang crime that could care less about innoncent, friend or foe - just shoot and move on.

Come on Frankly - get some stats how many kids were murdered in
Chicago during the trial?

And local authorities, the FBI, DOJ, the State etc just could not do anything about it even though they have identified the two primary gangs conducting the mayhem.

I'm sorry for the confusion...but who has used the race card...? Let's see...Sharpton...all the media who couldn't figure out Zimmerman's race or ethnicity (look at Huffington Post http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/03/29/tray... )?

Seems that the racism was that Martin was black and Zimmerman...well other. That is the ground for the race card. Using the Prez's statements and the corollary, what if Zimmerman had been black. Oh, well, the witch hunt and media kangaroo courts go on.

The cover of The Rolling Stones! A 'life' achievement for that punk who followed his dead brothers commands and now he lives to prove to his mom and himself the shallowness of USA life at American taxpayers expense. Zimmerman will be in their next cover, I guess. MERCY MERCY me.

denying that race was the likely factor in the shooter's initial identification of the kid as suspicious. The rest of the events of that evening were set in motion by this and the shooter's choice to not do anything correctly as a "neighborhood watch captain" bolstered by carrying a gun. If people are still talking about the "race card" instead of viewing what happened then the president and others still have plenty of educating to do.

Zimmerman was charged with murder on the basis of killing somebody not his ethnicity. The kid was likely profiled as a criminal on the basis of race and no evidence of wrongdoing - and he is dead.

Look at what the judge did not allow in instructions to the jury from the defense. It was NOT Stand Your Ground. Seems that some people just don't like the law and think it was part of this trial. Or they know it isn't but figure they can make up what they want. After all they accuse others of doing that all the time.
theory but as the juror said, they made their not-guilty verdict Saturday night based on the evidence and “because of the heat of the moment and the Stand Your Ground.”

Nice try, and the other 5 jurors said that the juror you keep referencing did not speak for them. The Stand Your Ground is in the statute they would have read to determine the case. As you well know they can't just give them part of the statute. And this juror obviously did not speak for the other 5. Her conclusion. But you know that.
Cite from Huffington Post where the defense used Stand Your Ground to defend Zimmerman. Cite where the Judge told them to consider Stand Your Ground in the jury instructions. I can cite where the judge ruled against the defense in the instructions that Zimmerman had a legal right to be where he was and walking around.
Nice sound bite. I guess if the same lie is repeated enough, people will believe it. Might make one think there was another political motive for why the disinformation is being touted. Putting Zimmerman on trial is one thing...guess a twofer...put Stand Your Ground on trial also.

"Another jury instruction was conspicuous, but by its absence: The “use of force by aggressor” statute, 776.041.

It could have allowed the jurors to more easily determine whether they believed Zimmerman initiated the fight that led to the shooting, and therefore lose his self-defense justification.

Prosecutor Richard Mantei said the armed Zimmerman’s pursuit of the unarmed Trayvon could be considered a threatened use of force that could make him an “aggressor.”

Read more here: http://www.miamiherald.com/2013/07/21/3513024...

Was Stand Your Ground mentioned because of the Statute. Yes. Was it the grounds for the defense of Zimmerman. NO. If juror B37 had stuck to her guns the jury would have been hung and no conviction. Was everything in the statute taken into consideration? Duh. It was read wasn't it. Even without that part of the law, the issue was what the jury had to decide: Who was the aggressor? The jury bought his story. He was being pummeled and had no place to retreat regardless. Read the entire statute.

And the other duh. The only other real witness is dead. And if alive I am sure he would be as truthful as the one left standing.

"The four jurors issued a brief statement Tuesday on court stationery saying the opinions expressed by Juror B37 to CNN's Anderson Cooper are not representative of their views."

http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-201_162-57594076/...

So, is Juror B37 the one you are referencing? If so, the following:

"In the CNN interview, Juror B37 said she did not believe Zimmerman followed Martin because of his race. She said Zimmerman made some mistakes, but that she believed Martin struck Zimmerman first and that the neighborhood watch volunteer had a right to defend himself.

CBS News legal analyst Jack Ford said on "CBS This Morning" Tuesday that the juror's comments could have a "significant impact" moving forward because the federal government will be looking at race as a factor in the case." CBS News

You are referencing a state of mind resulting in an action.

Similar in some manner to the Zimmerman/Martin issue, but once again, mentioning color of skin, really is not a factor in the action, unless you believe skin color has an affect on mental thoughts which leads to a crime.

Does it?

Lets have a look at the mindset of the black community...

Blacks have a propensity for a lack of ethics, drive, honesty, high moral value etc.
There is a common denominator between the broken down, high crime, high drug usage, broken family areas of most major cities...can you guess what that is?

Race seems to affect the predisposition of one's overall personality.

Some of the most dangerous cities

==========
Detroit, Michigan --- 82.7% black
Gary, Indiana --- 84.8% black
Wilmington, Delaware --- 58% black
St. Louis, Missouri --- 49% black
Baton Rouge, Louisiana --- 50.02% black
Baltimore, Maryland --- 63.7% black
New Orleans, Louisiana --- 60.2% black
Memphis, Tennessee --- 62.6% black
Flint, Michigan --- 56.6% black
Atlanta, Georgia --- 54.0% black
Birmingham, Alabama --- 73.4% black
Camden, New Jersey --- 48.7% black
Washington, DC --- 50.7% black
Hartford, Connecticut --- 40.05% black
Richmond, Virginia --- 52.3% black
==========

A clear trend ...you just can't make this stuff up!

Maybe the rally's ought to include grabbing brooms and a can of paint, and a better attitude!

With the current situation in Detroit, things do look pretty grim for the city.

People either need to "ship-up or ship-out". I wonder if this will be a good example to have "marshal law" established??

I had heard talk of the National Guard coming in.

I really think filing for chapter 9 federal bankruptcy was a bit of an effort to try and get a government bailout, I hope it doesn't backfire.

I would say the emergency manager is a real shining light for Detroit, all the past city leaders have been crap (including the AWOL city counsel president who is hiding from the city, somewhere in Seattle).
