I suggest you read the article referenced above. It fairly well details where the revenue will be allocated in the State.

EVERYTIME I see a video of the slots parlors EVERY seat is occupied by a senior.I know why the politians want to give everything to the seniors,they vote,but if this continues all you will have in Pa. is seniors and welfare cases.
