OH NO,SAY IT ISN'T SO!! What a real man this POS is to leave a baby in the car because he was afraid of getting arrested. Here is a hint for you Mr Belcer, a real man stands up to his mistakes not runs and hide from what he did,get it? Just saying.

Either he had to wait for his BAC to drop and/or the car wasn't legal? Or some other fear gripped him?
Panic makes people not think first. Fight or flight. He ran.
Not saying that it was the right thing to do.

What difference does it make ... with the new Leandra’s Law, Child Protective Services were gonna take the kid anyway!
Making STUBID laws like this just creates NEW problems.
As much as it sucks that a drunk might hurt their own kid, why does the government have to play nanny?
Let some loser KILL his own kid and then they have to live with the fact that they are responsible.
Now the responsibility is on the state and law enforcement to fix the problem.
This is just like the Bloomberg 16 oz soda bullshit.

I agree on the Stupid knee jerk Leandra law along with most DWI law's. Since everyone's body's and tolerances are different the .08 law is horse sh1t and arresting some one driving that did nothing wrong but might be at a magical number dictated by the fourth largest government lobby in this country MMAD.
here is where I disagree with you,if you are so drunk you crash yeah time to make it a crime.
